At Arie Xclusive, we are committed to providing high quality fashion and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

ALL SALES POLICY

We currently do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Store credit is provided in the form of a digital gift card and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery through our fast and easy self-service return process.

To qualify for store credit, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, or damage

  • Be returned in original packaging when possible

Items sent back that do not meet these conditions may be denied.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Bathing suits

  • Swimwear

  • One-piece bodysuits / one-pieces

No exceptions will be made.

Additional final sale items may include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Accessories

  • Gift cards


RETURN PROCESS

Customers are responsible for initiating their own return using our simple online return portal.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved store credit will be issued within 3–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at melaninmoodplug@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
