PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Processing times may increase during launches, holidays, restocks, or promotional sales

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays

  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes

SHIPPING TIME

After your order has been processed, shipping times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Orders: 2–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Arie Xclusive is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Customs delays for international orders

  • Packages lost due to address errors provided by the customer

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

If you need to request an address change, contact us immediately at melaninmoodplug@gmail.com with the subject labeled "Address Change". We cannot guarantee modifications once an order is submitted.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

ORDER ISSUES
